Booking an Awesome Birth workshop must be made via this website. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received, confirming the date/time and workshop booked.
A second email will be sent 1 week prior to the workshop, with details on how to attend the workshop.
Awesome Birth reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.
If you or your partner feel unwell whilst in attendance at a workshop you should immediately seek the advice of your midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.
Awesome Birth cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes. You are particularly advised to take care of all personal property and possessions.
Deposits for Awesome Birth workshops are non-refundable.
All payments must be made electronically. Cash or cheques cannot be accepted.
If you wish to cancel a workshop you have booked onto, please get in touch by email as soon as possible. The class can be re-arranged or cancelled with 48 hours notice. If cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable but any other fees paid will be refunded.
If a class is cancelled within 48 hours of starting, all fees paid will be non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances, a full refund can be offered at the discretion of Awesome Birth up until the course begins.
If for any reason Awesome Birth needs to reschedule a workshop, you will be given as much notice as possible. Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.
Awesome Birth workshops are taught by a qualified, practising midwife. I give general educational advice about pregnancy, childbirth and new baby care. Individual particular advice on your own current pregnancy and wellbeing cannot be given and clients must take queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their midwife, GP, obstetrician or other appropriate health professional.
Awesome Birth workshops have been designed to be up-to-date and factually correct at the time of teaching, and to represent the current accepted professional standards with regard to general maternity advice.
Awesome Birth workshops have been designed as a supplement to the information, advice and general instruction offered by your local NHS Trust. All course material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.
